We are a private-pay out-of-network practice. We offer "superbills" to clients to submit for insurance reimbursement.
A limited number of Blue Cross & Premera Insurance clients are being accepted. To submit your insurance information or to check if your policy is accepted please text "Insurance" to (253) 367-3060 or call (253) 777-9782 for verification and to get started.
Continue through this process to get registered and scheduled for a session. Once you have completed signing and acknowledging all required forms.You will have the option of entering a valid credit card (required for service) and self scheduling.
Alternatively, once you have completed these steps you can send us a secure message through this client portal with a few times you are available to meet and we will get you scheduled then send a confirmation.
